Request a Quote for Business Phone or Internet Service

Your address and seat count are enough to start. The rest just sharpens the quote.

What do I get when I request a quote from NVTGI, and is there any obligation?

You get pricing from multiple carriers against your specific requirement, rather than a single provider’s pitch, and there is no obligation and no cost. Because New Vision Technology Group (NVTGI) is compensated by the carrier rather than by the client, quoting and comparing is free regardless of whether you proceed. If the comparison shows your existing pricing is already competitive, that is a legitimate outcome and we will tell you so. A quote from us means pricing from more than one carrier for your specific address and requirement, presented side by side so you can compare rather than take a recommendation on trust.

What we need from you

The more of this you have, the better the quote:

• Address of each location needing service — carrier availability is address-specific

• Seat count — how many people need phones, or how many users need email

• Current provider and current spend, ideally from a recent bill

• Contract end date, if you know it

• What is not working about the current arrangement

None of it is mandatory. The address and the seat count are enough to start. The quote itself is free and carries no obligation — carriers rather than clients compensate the agent — and what comes back is options from several carriers rather than a single provider’s proposal.

Why we ask for your current bill

Because it is the only way to compare like with like. A quote against a guessed requirement is a guess. The bill shows what you actually use, what you are being charged for, and — frequently — line items nobody has looked at in years.

Already under contract?

Still worth asking. Renewal notice windows commonly close before the contract end date, so knowing your options in advance is what makes the renewal negotiable rather than automatic.

Common questions

Yes. There is no charge for a quote, a comparison, or a review of your current bills, because NVTGI is compensated by the carrier when a client places service rather than by fees to the client. That also means there is no cost if you decide not to proceed, and no cost if the conclusion is that your existing arrangement is already competitive.

It depends on what is being quoted. A cloud phone system for a known seat count is quick. Business internet requires a serviceability check at your address with each carrier, and dedicated fiber into a building that is not already lit can require a survey before anyone can price it honestly. We do not publish a fixed turnaround because those cases are genuinely different, but we will tell you at the outset which one yours is. If you have a deadline — a lease, a move date, a contract expiring — say so and we will work backwards from it.

At minimum the service address and roughly how many people need service, since carrier availability is determined address by address. Beyond that, the most useful items are your current provider and monthly spend, a recent bill, your contract end date, and a short description of what is not working today. The contract end date matters more than most people expect, because it determines whether a change can happen now or has to wait for a renewal window.

It is not required, but it makes the comparison meaningfully better. A bill shows the services actually in use, the real delivered cost including taxes and fees rather than a headline rate, and frequently reveals line items that no longer correspond to anything — circuits to closed locations, lines for former staff, features nobody uses. Without it, a quote is priced against a description rather than against reality.

Multiple. Presenting options from several carriers against the same requirement is the substantive difference between an agent quote and a carrier quote — a carrier can only price its own network. Where only one carrier can actually serve your address, we will say that plainly rather than manufacturing a comparison to look thorough. We will also tell you which option we would choose and why, but the pricing is shown side by side so the decision is yours.

Yes, and it is usually the right time to ask rather than the wrong one. Renewal notice windows commonly close weeks or months before a contract's stated end date, so a business that waits until the contract expires often finds it has already renewed automatically. Knowing what the market offers before that window closes is what makes the renewal negotiable. Tell us your end date and we can work backwards from it.

Nothing. There is no fee, no obligation, and no cancellation to make, because nothing has been signed — any contract would be directly with the carrier and only at the point you choose to proceed. Deciding your current arrangement is fine is a normal outcome. Where it is useful, we will note your contract end date and follow up before the next renewal window if you would like us to.
